Traditional fee-for-service (FFS) payments don't fully cover the costs of our continuous care model. That's why we've developed a unique compensation structure:
At Novolink, we believe in transparent and flexible payment structures that align with our partners' needs while providing high-quality, continuous care for complex patients.
Traditional fee-for-service (FFS) payments don't fully cover the costs of our continuous care model. That's why we've developed a unique compensation structure:
We start with a one-time setup fee of $950 per patient, which covers technology setup, delivery, training, and configuration and ensures patients can access necessary equipment.
Our comprehensive care billing includes standard FFS charges to the payor for home visits, telehealth consultations, remote monitoring services, care management, and caregiver training.
Our mutual savings benefit program features a shared savings arrangement where we split the cost savings generated by our care model with our partners.
We adjust our payment structure based on each patient's insurance type:
We can combine FFS, capitation, and shared savings models. Each arrangement is negotiated individually with our partner practices.
Our program has demonstrated significant cost savings, which Novolink and our partners share, creating a win-win situation for all involved.

We work with various insurance types, including Medicare Advantage and commercial plans. Currently, we have a pilot program with Humana running through December 2024.
In most cases, there is no direct cost to patients. For example, in our Humana program, Novolink is paid directly by Humana, with no cost to the patient.
We use a transparent shared savings methodology, with calculations performed by a mutually acceptable third party. We’ll also help determine whether your patients meet the criteria for our program.
