Dr. Katherine Evans oversees operations of clinical programs for the Novocardia/Novolink Division, including implementing new initiatives, training and managing clinical personnel, and developing case management programs. Dr. Evans is a nurse practitioner with board certifications in geriatrics and hospice & palliative care, as well as experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology. Prior to joining the Novocardia Division of CVAUSA, she served as national president of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA); Chief Nursing Officer for UnitedHealthcare Retiree Solutions; and Director of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Georgia State University. A Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she received her MS in Nursing from Emory University and her DNP from Vanderbilt University.

Winston Guevara is the Clinical Manager at Novolink Health, bringing over a decade of experience in nursing and advanced practice roles. With a robust background in both clinical and military settings, Winston exemplifies dedication, expertise, and a deep commitment to patient care. Winston has been a Clinical Manager for the past year, effectively leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive in-home care to high-complexity patients. His role involves overseeing the implementation of advanced care protocols, ensuring the highest quality of care, and leveraging cutting-edge technology for remote patient monitoring. As a Nurse Practitioner for the last five years, Winston has specialized in cardiology, electrophysiology, and orthopedic surgery. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Winston served as a Registered Nurse for five years. His experience spans various critical care environments, including PACU, ICU, as well as hospice. Winston's dedication to serving others is also reflected in his military service. He spent six years in the Florida Army National Guard, where he was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq. Winston’s extensive clinical experience, combined with his leadership skills and commitment to patient-centered care, make him an invaluable asset to Novolink Health. His approach to healthcare emphasizes compassion, innovation, and the use of advanced technology to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Throughout Rohit’s tenure with Novolink, he has served as an effective bridge in fostering cohesion of clinical, operational, and technical efforts in the fields across many different projects. This includes but is not limited to EMR developement, healthcare interconnectivity, workflow optimization and technical support.

Ed Bassin, Ph.D. has spent over 30 years in health care. He began his career in academia as a medical sociologist and statistician at Washington State University, but entered the private sector in 1994. He has been a pioneer in methods for data analysis, quality measurement, and value-based care implementation. His work focuses mostly on specialty physicians, particularly cardiologists and oncologists. Since joining the private sector, Dr. Bassin has worked in and led health insurers, provider organizations, data analytics and software vendors, and consulting groups. He current works as Senior Strategic Adviser at Cardiovascular Associates and President of Value-Based Long Term Care ACO. Ed’s career started with analytics and product management roles for ChoiceCare (acquired by Humana) and HPR (acquired by McKesson). In 1999, he founded and subsequently led ProfSoft, an analytics software company, until it was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2009. He joined Remedy Partners during its early startup stage and became Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Analytics. More recent roles include Chief Analytics Officer at Archway Health, and Senior Vice-President for Specialty Programs at New Century Health (acquired by Evolent). Dr. Bassin holds both Masters and Doctoral degrees in sociology, with concentrations in medical sociology and statistics, from Indiana University. He is currently on the faculty of Lasell University where he also teaches courses in research methods and data analysis.

Armando Landeros is the Clinical Supervisor at Novolink Health, coordinating training for care managers and field technicians, and updating clinical protocols. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Texas and a Medical Degree from UAG Medical School, with an internship focused on internal medicine. With over nine years of experience in care management and leadership, he excels in managing patient care and chronic conditions, implementing advanced care protocols, and leveraging cutting-edge technology for remote patient monitoring. His role at Novolink involves collaborating with various healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. He is deeply committed to understanding patients' conditions, home environments, and social support systems, always listening to their needs to improve their quality of life. His passion for innovation ensures Novolink’s team delivers high-quality, up-to-date patient care.
